Dog Licenses

Tip: Mail your dog license form along with your property tax payment and save a stamp!

State law requires all dogs over 5 months of age be licensed annually. Fill out the dog license form below and mail it, along with the payment, to the town hall. It is due by March 31, and a $10 late fee will be charged for any dog not licensed by then. Fees are $13 for each dog, but is reduced to $8 if it is spayed or neutered. Unlicensed dogs are subject to a fine.

Please, do not let your dog run at large, and clean up after your dog when it does its business on any property that is not your own.

If you have renters, please give them this information.

Include a copy of the RABIES CERTIFICATE if your dog is new or has been vaccinated within the past year.

No late fee is imposed for new dogs who become eligible for licensing after March 31.
