Town of Koshkonong - Garbage / Recycling Information

The Town of Koshkonong contracts with Veolia Environmental Services (1-800-248-2373) to handle waste and recycling collection. We encourage all residents to minimize the production of waste that is sent to our landfills. Recycling is critical for the long term health of our environment, and the town recommends recycling all possible items. Your children will thank you!

Trash and Recycling Guide - Appliance info, recycling guide, holiday schedule, banned items, etc...

Recycling note: The guide is confusing regarding the types of plastics that can be recycled. To clarify, you can recycle all #1 - #5 and #7 plastics. The reason the guide says "no deli or butter containers" is because most people do not clean them, which causes contamination issues. If you clean these containers, you are encouraged to recycle them. Thanks!
